This Privacy Policy is for the "NBN Editor: AI Photo Editor" app. It explains what data we collect, how we use it, how it may be processed by service providers, and how long it is retained.
We do not collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location.
The app may collect a device identifier, such as the iOS identifier for vendor, to create an anonymous app account, manage free or paid editing credits, prevent abuse, and restore purchase or subscription access. This identifier is not used to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
When you choose a photo for editing, the selected image may be processed temporarily to provide the requested editing feature. We do not permanently store your photos. Photos uploaded for AI processing are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
Some photos selected by users may contain faces. The app may detect temporary face regions, face landmarks, or facial feature positions from the selected photo so it can apply edits such as retouching, smoothing, reshaping, enhancement, makeup, beard, hair, eye, teeth, or background-related tools.
Face data is used only to provide the photo editing action requested by the user. We do not use face data to identify a person, verify identity, create a biometric profile, authenticate users, track users, or build user profiles.
For local editing tools, face region and landmark data is processed on the device and is not stored after the editing session. For AI editing tools, the selected photo may be sent to our backend and third-party AI processing providers only to generate the requested edited image.
Face data and photos are not sold, not used for advertising, and not shared with data brokers. Uploaded photos and related processing data are retained only temporarily for processing and are deleted within 24 hours.
We use collected information only to operate the app, provide photo editing features, process AI image edits, manage credits and subscriptions, restore purchases, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
To function properly, the "NBN Editor: AI Photo Editor" app requests access to your photo library so you can select images to edit and save edited images. If you use the camera feature, the app requests camera access so you can take a photo for editing.
We do not use third-party advertising services, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
We use service providers to operate the app. These may include backend hosting, purchase/subscription management, storage, and AI image processing providers. These providers process data only as needed to provide app functionality, such as managing subscriptions or generating the edited image requested by the user.
User-selected images may be processed by third-party AI infrastructure only for the purpose of completing the requested image edit. We do not authorize these providers to use user photos or face data for advertising, tracking, or sale to data brokers.
Uploaded photos and related temporary processing data are deleted within 24 hours. Anonymous device and purchase-related records may be retained as long as needed to provide credits, subscriptions, restore purchases, prevent abuse, comply with legal obligations, and operate the app.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We encourage you to review this document periodically to stay informed about any changes.
