This Privacy Policy is for the "Retouche Image: NBN Photo Editor" app. It explains what data we collect, how we use it, when selected photos and editing instructions are sent for AI processing, which service providers receive that data, and how long it is retained.
We do not ask you to create an account with your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or precise location.
The app may collect a device identifier, such as the iOS identifier for vendor, to create an anonymous app account, manage free or paid editing credits, prevent abuse, and restore purchase or subscription access. This identifier is not used to track you across apps or websites owned by other companies.
When you choose a photo for editing, the selected photo may contain personal data, including a face or other identifiable details. The app processes only the photos you select and only for the editing action you request.
For AI editing features, we may collect and process the selected photo, optional reference photo, editing instructions or prompt, generated output image, anonymous device identifier, credit/subscription status, and technical request information needed to complete the edit.
Before an AI editing feature sends a selected image for processing on iOS, the app asks for your permission. The consent prompt explains that your selected image and editing instructions are sent to fal.ai for AI processing so the requested edited result can be generated.
If you do not allow this processing, the AI edit is not started. Local editing tools that run on your device can still be used where available.
Some photos selected by users may contain faces. The app may detect temporary face regions, face landmarks, or facial feature positions from the selected photo so it can apply edits such as retouching, smoothing, reshaping, enhancement, makeup, beard, hair, eye, teeth, or background-related tools.
Face data is used only to provide the photo editing action requested by the user. We do not use face data to identify a person, verify identity, create a biometric profile, authenticate users, track users, or build user profiles.
For local editing tools, face region and landmark data is processed on the device and is not stored after the editing session. For AI editing tools, the selected photo, optional reference photo, and editing instructions may be sent to AI processing providers only to generate the requested edited image.
Face data and photos are not sold, not used for advertising, not used for cross-app tracking, and not shared with data brokers.
We use collected information only to operate the app, provide photo editing features, process AI image edits, manage credits and subscriptions, restore purchases, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and respond to support requests.
To function properly, the "Retouche Image: NBN Photo Editor" app requests access to your photo library so you can select images to edit and save edited images. If you use the camera feature, the app requests camera access so you can take a photo for editing.
We do not use third-party advertising services, and we do not use your data for third-party advertising or cross-app tracking.
