WealthOS
Data Deletion
Last updated:
Local portfolio files, your limited online service profile and store billing are separate. You can remove local data in the app and request deletion of service data without signing in.
1. Delete this device’s portfolio
- Open WealthOS and go to Settings.
- If you want to keep a copy, choose “Export portfolio & files” first.
- Choose “Delete this device’s portfolio”.
- Read the confirmation, then choose “Delete local records & files”.
This removes local portfolio records, settings, attached images/PDFs and the recovery copy. The installation identifier is retained. Files previously exported or shared outside the app are not removed. Delete those copies separately from their saved location or ask their recipient.
This action does not delete your online service profile, RevenueCat purchase information or Apple/Google transaction records, and does not cancel a subscription.
2. Request deletion of service data
Email sm.labs@rediffmail.com with a request to delete your WealthOS service profile and associated purchase-profile data. You do not need to create or sign into an account to make this request.
In Settings, open “Help & legal” and choose “Email support”; the draft includes your Support ID (the installation identifier). You can also select and copy the Support ID shown there. For a subscription, you may also include the store and order reference. If you no longer have the app or cannot find these, tell us and we will help identify the appropriate record. Do not send your financial backup or payment-card details.
The service data can include your generated installation identifier, optional name, selected country/currency, app version, and linked subscription product, status and expiry. We will verify enough information to avoid deleting someone else’s data, then remove the profile and associated data we control or ask the relevant processor to do so.
Some information may need to remain for an active service, billing records, fraud prevention, disputes or a legal obligation. We will explain any retained category and reason when responding, and handle the request within the timeframe required by applicable law. Routine provider backups may retain copies until the provider’s backup lifecycle removes them. Apple and Google control their own transaction history and retention.
Reopening or setting up the app after service-profile deletion may create a new profile. To stop future app requests, stop using the app and remove it after exporting or deleting any local information you want to manage.
3. Remove remaining device data and backups
On Android, use your device’s app settings to clear WealthOS storage/app data, or uninstall the app. On iOS, choose Delete App rather than Offload App to remove its local app files. System-protected identifiers or operating-system backup copies can behave differently from ordinary app files; removing the app is not a request to erase server records.
Review device/cloud backup settings and separately delete exported backups or copies in other apps. We cannot remotely access or erase your locally stored portfolio.
4. Delete support correspondence
Email sm.labs@rediffmail.com from the address used for the original request where possible. We remove correspondence no longer needed for support or a legal obligation and explain any exception that applies.
5. Cancel billing separately
Data deletion and app removal do not cancel subscriptions. Use the app’s subscription management option or cancel directly through Apple subscriptions or Google Play subscriptions. Cancellation and refunds follow the applicable store rules and consumer law.
See the Privacy Policy for the full description of data handling, or Support for help.
