Use the app to organize and explore your own financial information. Estimates are planning aids, and optional subscriptions are billed and managed through your app store.

1. Using the app

These terms cover WealthOS, provided by the developer identified in the app’s store listing. By using the app, you agree to these terms and the applicable store terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement, or use the app with the authorization required by the law that applies to you.

For the iOS app, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Nothing here reduces rights or remedies that applicable consumer law gives you.

2. Financial organization and estimates

The app helps you record assets, income, liabilities and plans, compare assumptions and organize annual spending. It does not hold or transfer your money, execute trades, arrange loans or provide individualized investment, tax or legal advice.

Forecasts, goal contributions, interest calculations, comparisons and market-based estimates depend on your inputs and available data. They may omit fees, taxes, inflation, liquidity restrictions and other factors. Expected returns are assumptions, not promises; past performance does not guarantee future results.

Metal prices may be delayed or unavailable. Estimates are not an offer to buy or sell an asset and may differ from a dealer’s actual price. Verify important information using your financial institution or a qualified professional before making a decision.

Amounts assigned to a bucket or goal are a plan in the app, not a transfer or reservation of actual money. Country-specific labels do not mean the app has assessed your eligibility for a financial product or your tax obligations.

3. Your records and backups

You are responsible for the accuracy of your entries and for having permission to store any documents you attach. Your portfolio and attachments are stored locally. Keep a backup before changing devices, restoring data or removing the app. We cannot reconstruct records or files that have not been shared with us or backed up by you.

Exports include readable financial information and attached files. Protect them and share only with recipients you trust. Our Privacy Policy explains the limited service profile, purchase data and local storage.

4. Optional subscriptions

WealthOS Exclusive unlocks the paid features shown at purchase, including adding or replacing image and PDF attachments. The US price is $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year. Local prices, taxes, availability and eligible offers can vary; the store checkout displays the amount and billing period that apply to you.

The annual plan offers an introductory 3-day free trial to eligible customers where available. The monthly plan has no trial unless a separate offer is shown. Unless canceled in time, the annual trial becomes a paid annual subscription at the price displayed before you start it. The store decides eligibility, and an introductory trial is not guaranteed on repeated subscriptions.

Payment is charged to your Apple or Google account at confirmation, or after an applicable trial. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the store’s renewal deadline. To avoid another charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or current billing period ends. Review the store’s displayed renewal date and cancellation instructions.

You can manage or cancel through your store account or the app’s subscription management option. Cancellation generally stops the next renewal; access continues for the remaining paid period, subject to the store’s rules. Trials may end earlier when canceled under the store’s terms. Deleting records or uninstalling the app does not cancel billing.

Use Restore purchases with the store account that made the purchase. Restoring paid access does not restore a local portfolio or missing attachments. Existing local attachments can still be viewed or removed after paid access ends; adding or replacing attachments requires current access.

Refunds are handled under the applicable store rules and consumer law. See Apple refund requests or Google Play refunds. Any future price changes will follow the store’s notice and consent requirements.

5. Acceptable use and ownership

You retain rights to the information you enter. We grant you a personal, limited license to use the app in accordance with these terms and the applicable store license. Do not use the app to violate another person’s rights, attack its services, bypass paid access or distribute unlawful content. This does not restrict activities that applicable law expressly permits.

6. Availability and changes

Features may depend on your platform, device, permissions, connection and service availability. We may update the app to maintain it or address problems. We do not promise uninterrupted access to online price or purchase services. Material changes affecting an active paid service will be handled with applicable notice and consumer protections.

7. Responsibility and consumer rights

To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that calculations or third-party data are complete or suitable for every purpose, or accept responsibility for investment decisions made using them. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable obligations concerning reasonable care, fraud or statutory consumer guarantees.

8. Questions and disputes

Contact sm.labs@rediffmail.com if you have a concern. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or prevent you from using courts, regulators or other remedies available under applicable law. We will update the date above when these terms change and provide additional notice when required.
