Snow nitro: snowboard game
Privacy Policy
Last updated:
Race progress stays on your device. RevenueCat handles purchase information and automatic purchase checks. You choose whether to send a result, diagnostic report, or support message.
1. Who this policy covers
This policy describes Snow nitro: snowboard game, provided by the developer identified in the app's store listing ("we", "us", or "our"), including offline gameplay, optional XP purchases, and support correspondence you send to us. For privacy questions, contact sm.labs@rediffmail.com.
This version does not require a game sign-in and has no advertising or online multiplayer. RevenueCat supports purchase verification and purchase/revenue reporting. Race records and garage spending are not automatically uploaded. Shop availability depends on your platform, store configuration and connection. We do not sell your personal information or use it for targeted advertising.
2. Local progress and purchase information
The game stores race records, medals, progression, earned and purchased XP, equipment ownership and selections, preferences, daily challenge results, and a limited set of personal-best ghost replays. Ghost replays contain gameplay movement data, not camera or microphone recordings.
This data makes saving progress, customization, local challenges, and replay features work. Local backup and damaged-save recovery copies may also be kept on your device. These files are not automatically sent to us, and we do not operate a cloud-save service for this version.
Your operating system may include app data in backups or restore it later, depending on your device settings and platform provider.
Apple or Google processes one-time consumable payments through its store; we do not receive your payment-card details. On builds with billing configured, RevenueCat may connect at startup, when you return to the app, while loading the shop and during checkout. It processes a random purchase-profile identifier, product and transaction identifiers, purchase history and store receipts or tokens as needed. Technical app/device metadata and connection information may also be processed, including app/SDK version, device type, operating-system version, locale and currency. RevenueCat records the last time the purchase service sees activity from the app. On iOS, its SDK also sends the device's vendor identifier (IDFV) in service requests. We use this service to verify purchases, prevent fraud, recover pending delivery and understand purchase/revenue activity. Optional SDK diagnostics and advertising attribution collection are disabled in this app. The game keeps purchase IDs locally to prevent duplicate XP delivery.
Purchased XP is a consumable local wallet balance. It is not a subscription, has no cash value, and is not a cloud-synced balance. RevenueCat keeps purchase records; it does not keep the game's XP spending, race records or equipment ownership. Resetting progress clears XP and garage ownership but retains transaction identifiers for duplicate-delivery protection. Store purchase history does not restore a spent or deleted local balance. The random purchase-profile identifier remains on the device after a progress reset.
RevenueCat and its service providers may process purchase information outside your country, including in the United States. See RevenueCat's privacy information for its processing practices. Apple and Google handle their store records under their own policies.
3. Diagnostics and sharing
The app keeps a small, rotating local history of technical events, including timestamps, error categories, and whether an error was fatal. A diagnostic report can also include the app version, build, operating system version, and performance readings. It excludes raw error messages, stack traces, and save-file contents.
No diagnostic report is uploaded automatically by the game. If you select Share diagnostics or Share result, your device lets you choose an app or recipient. Review the information before sending; the service or person you choose then handles their copy under their own practices. We receive it only if you send it to us.
Apple or Google may separately collect and make platform diagnostics available according to their policies and your device or store settings.
4. Information you send for support
If you email us, we receive your email address, any name included by your email service, your message, and attachments or diagnostic reports you choose to send. We use this information to respond, investigate issues, and resolve your request.
Our email provider and yours process the correspondence to deliver and store it. Depending on the providers, this may involve processing in other countries. We may disclose information when required by applicable law. Please do not send passwords, payment details, or sensitive information unrelated to your request.
5. Sound, vibration, and device access
Sound and vibration features run on your device. The game does not record audio or request microphone, camera, contacts, precise location, or advertising-tracking access.
6. Retention and deletion
Local progress remains until it is reset, replaced, or removed. Older local diagnostics and ghost replays are replaced as their storage limits are reached. Reset progress in Settings clears progress, settings, daily records, and saved ghosts; it does not clear the separate diagnostic history and may retain a damaged-save recovery copy. The local purchase-profile identifier and receipt IDs also remain to prevent duplicate delivery.
Purchase-service records are separate from local progress. We retain purchase information as needed to operate purchases, address support, prevent fraud and meet applicable obligations. To request deletion of purchase-profile data held for us by RevenueCat, contact sm.labs@rediffmail.com. We may need an order reference to locate and verify your request. Resetting or uninstalling the app does not delete RevenueCat or store records. Apple and Google manage their own transaction records and any required retention.
To remove the remaining local files, use your device's app-data deletion controls or delete the app and its data. Backups and copies previously shared outside the app are managed separately. We cannot remotely access, erase, or restore your local game files.
We keep support correspondence only for as long as needed to resolve your request, maintain necessary support records, and meet applicable legal obligations. You may ask us to delete it. If a legal obligation requires us to retain part of a message, we will explain that when responding to your request.
See Data Deletion for instructions for local files, purchase-service data and support correspondence.
7. Security and your choices
Local files use your device's app storage and its access protections. We limit support information to what is needed to handle your request. No storage or communication method can be guaranteed completely secure.
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to the use of personal information we hold, or request a portable copy. Contact sm.labs@rediffmail.com to exercise those rights. We may need enough information to verify that a request concerns your correspondence or purchase profile. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.
8. Children and families
The game is intended for teens and adults aged 13 and older. It does not ask players to provide their name, age, or contact details to play. Purchase-service information described above may still be processed automatically. Store purchases are subject to the store's age and parental-approval controls. A parent or guardian should handle support requests for a child. If you believe a child has sent us personal information that should be removed, contact sm.labs@rediffmail.com so we can review and address it.
9. This website and external services
This policy describes the mobile game and its support, rather than all activity on the website hosting this page. Visiting a website sends connection information to its hosting provider. Website cookies, access logs, and any website analytics are separate from the game's offline behavior.
Contact sm.labs@rediffmail.com for questions about this website's data handling.
10. Changes to this policy
We will revise this policy when the app's data practices change and update the date above. Before introducing accounts, advertising, gameplay analytics, or additional payment features, we will describe the relevant practices and provide any notice or consent choices required by applicable law. The purchase service can connect even if you do not buy a bundle or no products are currently available.
