Useful details include your phone model, iOS or Android version, app version, the track or screen involved, what you expected, and what actually happened. A screenshot is optional. Do not send passwords or payment information.

Report a crash or performance issue

Open Settings, then Diagnostics. Review the report and select Share diagnostics if you want to include it in your email. It contains technical categories and performance readings, rather than your save file. Sending it is optional.

For visual or performance problems, try the reduced-effects setting and a lower graphics quality. Install available app updates and restart the app. Contact us before deleting app data if keeping your progress matters to you.

Missing progress or a new device

This release saves progress on your device and does not use a game account. There is no developer-operated cloud save or cross-device synchronization. Device backups may help, but restoration is controlled by the platform and is not guaranteed. We cannot look up or restore a player's save on a server.

Garage XP and purchases

Garage items use earned or purchased XP. Available one-time bundles use Apple or Google checkout and RevenueCat purchase verification. The game does not receive card details. If confirmed XP has not arrived, use Check Purchase and reopen the app while online. Contact support with the app version and order reference before purchasing again or deleting app data. An order history cannot reconstruct a spent or deleted local balance. For an unexpected charge or refund request, contact the store that issued the receipt. Never send passwords, full card details or raw purchase tokens to support.

Read the Privacy Policy or follow the Data Deletion instructions. You can email sm.labs@rediffmail.com about information you previously sent us or purchase-profile information held for us by RevenueCat.
