Terms of Use

1. About these terms

These terms apply to Snow nitro: snowboard game, provided by the developer identified in the app's store listing. Read them before using the game. If you do not agree, do not use it. If you are not old enough to enter an agreement under the law where you live, ask a parent or guardian to review these terms and approve your use.

These terms supplement the license and usage rules that apply through the store from which you obtained the app. They do not replace Apple's Standard End User License Agreement where it applies. Mandatory platform terms and consumer protections continue to apply.

2. Using the game

You may use the game for personal entertainment on a device you own or control, subject to these terms and the applicable store license.

Do not use it unlawfully, redistribute or sell unauthorized copies, misuse its branding, or interfere with its security. Restrictions do not limit activities allowed by applicable law or by a third-party open-source license.

3. XP, equipment, and events

XP earned through gameplay or purchased in the optional shop can unlock garage equipment. Available paid bundles are one-time consumables processed by Apple or Google and verified through RevenueCat. The shop does not offer subscriptions or cash prizes. The store shows the localized price and applicable purchase terms before checkout. XP, medals, equipment, and unlocks have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money or transferred through the game to another player.

Challenges and rival comparisons are part of the single-player experience. Features marked as coming soon are not currently available and do not guarantee a release date. Store availability varies by platform and region. If a purchase has not arrived, use Check Purchase and contact support before buying again. Refund requests are handled through the relevant store and applicable law; these terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.

4. Saved progress

Progress is stored locally. We do not provide account-based synchronization or a cloud-save service for this version. Resetting progress, deleting app data, device failure, or a failed backup can cause progress to be lost. We cannot guarantee recovery of local records or virtual items.

Updates may change game balance, courses, equipment characteristics, or device compatibility. Any changes remain subject to your rights under applicable law.

5. Game content and third-party materials

The game's original software, artwork, audio, and branding belong to their respective rights holders. Permission to play does not transfer ownership of those materials. Open-source components remain governed by their own licenses; notices are available in the app under Settings, Open source.

Destination-inspired courses are fictional game environments, not maps or safety information for real slopes. Naming a destination does not imply sponsorship by a resort, event organizer, or sporting body.

6. Privacy and support

Our Privacy Policy explains local saves, purchase-service information, diagnostics, optional sharing, and support correspondence. Contact sm.labs@rediffmail.com for help. Do not include information you do not want us to receive.

7. Availability and responsibility

We aim to provide a reliable game, but cannot promise that it will always be available, free of errors, or compatible with every device. To the extent permitted by law, the game is supplied as available without additional warranties beyond those required by law or the applicable store license.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or applicable mandatory consumer guarantees. You retain the remedies available under the law that applies to you.

8. Stopping use and changes

You may stop using the game at any time. See Data Deletion to remove local files or request deletion of purchase-service information and support correspondence.

We may revise these terms as the game changes. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be communicated as required by applicable law; revisions do not remove rights you already have.

9. Questions or disputes

Contact sm.labs@rediffmail.com to raise a question or concern. These terms do not require mandatory arbitration or prevent you from using the courts, regulators, or consumer remedies available to you under applicable law.
